电针对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑内HIF-1α表达和神经行为学影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察脑缺血/再灌注后,电针"百会"、"水沟"、"足三里"穴对大鼠神经行为学评分、脑内HIF-1α表达的影响,并探讨它们之间的相关性,从而为电针治疗缺血性脑血管疾病提供一定的实验依据。方法:本实验采用改良线栓大鼠大脑中动脉法制作局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,运用免疫组化SP法和Zea-longa神经功能评分标准,观察脑缺血/再灌注后大鼠神经行为学评分、脑内HIF-1α的表达。结果:经过早期电针治疗后,普通光镜下MCAO实验鼠脑大体结构发生良性改变,缺血脑区HIF-1α表达显著增多,神经行为学评分得到改善。实验结果证实脑缺血缺氧可诱导缺血脑区HIF-1α表达,其与神经行为学症状评分呈现负性相关。结论:电针可能通过提高HIF-1α表达来抗脑缺血缺氧,帮助神经功能恢复。 Objective:We get the observation of neurobehavioral scores and brain HIF - 1α expression on the cerebral ischemia/reperfusion rats by electro - acupuncture "Baihui", "Shuigou", "Zusanli", and try to explore the correlation between them, so as to provide some experimental basis for acupuncture treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: This experiment adopts the arterial method modified suture in the brain of rats with focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion model, using SP immnnohistochemical method and Zea - longa neural function score standard to observe theexpression of brain HIF -1αand neuroethology score after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats. Result : We find that MCAO experimental rat brain structure change a benign under ordinary light microscope ,the expression of HIF -1α cere- bral ischemic area increased significantly, neurobehavioral score improved after early after EA treatment. Experimental re- suits have continued that cerebral ischemia and hypoxia can induce cerebral ischemic area of the expression of HIF -1α, and neurobehavioral symptoms score showed a negative correlation. Conclusion: Electro acupuncture may improve the ex- pression of HIF - 1αto anti cerebral ischemia and hypoxia, help the recovery of neural function.
