300例难免流产患者绒毛染色体与中医证型研究

Research of Relevance between Villi Chromosome and TCM Syndrome Types of 300 Cases of Inevitable Abortion

目的:调查难免流产患者绒毛染色体核型结果与中医证型分布情况。方法:选择绒毛染色体正常及异常各150例患者,根据中医辨证标准进行证候分类。结果:①绒毛染色体正常组肾虚型和脾肾两虚型80.7%,异常组占77.3%。②肾虚型患者中,既往滑胎史的绒毛染色体异常占7.7%。③异常组中脾肾两虚型占36.7%,显著高于正常组。结论:①绒毛染色体正常及异常组,均以肾虚型及脾肾两虚型为主。②绒毛染色体异常与先天禀赋相关。③后天因素对绒毛染色体的畸变起着不可忽视的作用。

Objective ： To investigate the chromosome karyotype of early inevitable abortion, and to observe the distri- bution of different TCM syndrome types. Methods ： We chose 150 patients respectively in normal and abnormal groups to explore the distribution of different TCM syndrome types of inevitable abortion. Results ： ① In the normal group, kidney deficiency and kidney- spleen deficiency types owned 80.7% ,while in the abnormal group, that owned 77.3%. ② In the kidney deficiency type,7.7% patients had abnormal villus chromosomal. ③In the villus chromosomal abnormal group, the kidney -spleen deficiency type owned 36.7% , significantly higher than that of the normal group. Conclusion： ① The kidney deficiency and the kidney - spleen deficiency types of inevitable abortion patients own the most percent- age. ② The congenital gift has something to do with the villus chromosome karyotype.③The influence of the acquired factor can not be ignored.
