摘要
目的:观察补阳还五汤对早期危重症脑卒中患者康复的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组(28例)和对照组(32例)。两组患者均采用常规西医对症支持治疗和早期康复训练,观察组加用中药补阳还五汤。结果:观察组、对照组总有效率分别为89.29%、78.12%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组NIHSS和CSS评分均降低,观察组与本组治疗前比较,第14 d和第21 d差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);对照组与本组治疗前比较,第21 d差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后第21d组间比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组治疗后第180dBI指数≥85分者分别为20例(71.43%)、18例(56.25%);组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合补阳还五汤对早期危重症脑卒中患者康复具有良好疗效,能减轻患者神经功能缺损程度,提高患者生活自理能力。
Objective:To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the early rehabilitation of the stroke. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 28 ) and control group (n = 32 ). Two groups were both treated with supporting treatment of routine Western medicine and early rehabilitation training and observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Results:Total effective rates of the two groups were 89.29% and 78.12%, respectively. Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups had statistical significance P 〈 0.05. The scores of NIHSS and CSS were declined after treatment in two groups and experimental group compared with the pre -treatment, there was significantly difference on the 14th day and the 21st day(P 〈 0.05 ). Con- trol group compared with the pre -treatment, the 21st day had a significant difference. Comparison of the 21st day group of post- treatment, and the differences were all significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Observation group and control group after 180d treatment with BI index≥85 had 20 cases (71.43%) , 18 cases (56.25%) ,respectively. The clinical efficacy between the groups had significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction, it has a good effect on early rehabilitation treatment of critical patients with stroke. It may alleviate neurological function impairment of the patients, and improve their self - care ability.
