摘要
研究了退火工艺对 GH62 5无缝焊管的形变再结晶行为 .通过对形变量为 4 0 % ,分别在1 0 0 0℃、 1 0 2 0℃、 1 0 80℃、 1 1 2 0℃和 1 1 60℃下退火 1 5min的无缝焊管的金相分析 ,确定了其再结晶温度 .合适的工艺条件下 ,可以有效细化 GH62
The recrystallization annealing behaviour of alloy GH625 welded pipe were investigated .The microstruc ture of samples heat treated under the condition of deformation amount 40%,annealing temperature of 1 000℃,1 020℃,1 080℃,1 120℃,1 160℃ and soaking time of 15 min.,were examined.The refinement of microstructure after forming and welding could be reached with the suitable annealing conditions
