摘要
研究了添加微量稀土 (稀土的质量分数 <0 .0 68% )银首饰材料的硬度随温度、变形量的变化关系 ,用扫描电子显微镜观察了材料的显微组织和第二相分布 ,发现添加质量分数为 0 .0 6%微量稀土能够细化晶粒 ,并以固溶或球状第二相形式存在 ,可以强化合金 ,有效地延缓了材料的回复与再结晶 。
Some tests on silver ornamental material are carried out by adding rare earth, less than 0 068%,to research the dependence of hardness on the temperature and degree of deformation. By scanning & analysing with the electronic microscope, it is found that the rare earth in small amount(0 06~0 07%)has remarkably fined the grains of silver alloy. The rare earth is distributed in the alloy in the form of solid solution or spherical second phase depending on its solubility in silver,which can strengthen the alloy and delay its recovery & recrystallization and improve the silver ornamental material's resistance to natural aging sofening.
