摘要
介绍了一种风电场箱式升压变压器低压侧微机保护装置的研制过程。重点介绍了保护装置的总体结构和工作原理,给出了信号调理电路、开关量输入/输出电路和通信接口电路的设计原理图,并分析了定时限过流保护、反时限过流保护、低电压保护的工作原理,最后给出了保护装置的软件设计方法和部分测试数据。该保护装置具有三相电压、三相电流、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数等参数的采集、非电量保护、远程控制和通信功能,可以完成对风电场箱式升压变压器低压侧的测量、保护和控制任务。
The development of microcomputer protection device for the low-side of box-type step-up transformer in wind farm is introduced. The overall structure and the operating principle are discussed and the schematic of signal modulated circuit, switch signal input/output, and communication interface are given. This paper analyzes the operating principle of specified time over-current protection, inverse time over-current protection and low voltage protection, describes the software design methods and provides test data of the protection device. The protection device has the functions of collecting parameters of three-phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, and power factor, non-electricity protection, remote control, and communication. It can realize such tasks as measuring, protecting and controlling for the low-side of box-type steo-uD transformer in wind f^rm
