The Expression of Cortactin in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Its Correlation with the Clinical Features

摘要 目的:探讨cortactin在非小细胞肺癌中表达与临床特征的相关性。方法:回顾性分析77例非小细胞肺癌患者的临床病历资料。应用免疫组织化学技术,检测非小细胞肺癌癌组织及正常组织的cortactin表达情况,并进行分析。结果:Cortactin在正常肺组织的血管旁平滑肌细胞胞浆中阳性表达,其阳性率为22.1%(17/77)。在NSCLC组织中,Cortactin于癌细胞胞浆阳性表达,其阳性率为58.4%(45/77),与正常肺组织之间比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Cortactin阳性表达与肿瘤分化程度呈负相关,与TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关。Cortactin阳性表达与患者性别、是否吸烟、病理类型均无明显关系。结论:Cortactin阳性表达高低与NSCLC的临床分期、分化程度及有无淋巴结转移有一定关系,可以作为NSCLC预后的一个参考指标。 Objective: To detect the expression of cortactin in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and its correla- tion with the clinical features of NSCLC. Methods : Clinical data of 77 patients with NSCLC were retrospectively analyzed. The expressions of cortactin in para-carcinoma tissues and caneer tissues were detected by immunohistochemieal technique. Data were collected and analyzed. Results: Cortactin was positively expressed in the cytoplasm of vascular smooth muscle cells in normal lung tissue and the expression rate was 22.1% (17/77). In NSCLC tissues, cortactin was positively ex- pressed in the cytoplasm of cancer cells and the expression rate was 58.4% ( 45/77 ), which was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissue( P 〈 0.05 ). The positive expression of cortaetin was negatively correlated with the differentiation degree of NSCLC, and was positively associated with the TNM staging and the status of lymph node metastasis. The expres- sion of cortactin was not correlated with sex, smoking status, and histological types of NSCLC patients. Conclusion: The positive expression level of cortactin has certain relations with the clinical stage, differentiation degree and lymph node me- tastasis of NSCLC. It can be used as a reference indicator of prognosis of NSCLC.
