摘要
基于 2 ,2 '-联吡啶的活化下 ,痕量铜 催化抗坏血酸还原偶氮胂Ⅲ的反应 ,确定了反应的最佳条件 ,建立了一个高灵敏的测定铜的方法。方法的检出限为 7 7× 10 -11g/mL ,测定范围为 0 0~ 1 5ng/mL ,用于蒸馏水中痕量铜和血清中微量铜的测定 。
When using 2,2'-bipyridyl as activator, the decolorizing reaction of arsenazo Ⅲ with ascorbic acid was catalyzed by Cu 2+ . The optimum conditions of this reaction have been studied. A highly selective and senstitive method for determining trace copper (Ⅱ) has heen established. The detection limit of this method is 7.7×10 -11 g/mL, the range of determination is 0.0-1 5ng/mL for Cu 2+ . The method has been used to determine trace Cu 2+ in serum and first distilled water.
