摘要
本文提出超声、离心联合作用于乳状液破乳的方法,采用正交实验研究离心时间、离心转速、超声破乳功率和超声破乳时间等因素对破乳效果的影响。研究表明,超声与离心联合作用可以使乳状液在较小的离心转速下,快速破乳。最佳工艺条件为:离心时间4min、离心转速1000r·min-1、超声破乳功率40W、超声破乳时间2min,该条件下破乳率能达到97%。
Demulsification of emulsion using a combination of ultrasonic and centrifugation was presented in this work. The orthogonal experiments method was applied to investigate the effects of centrifugal time, centrifugal speed, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on demulsification. The results showed that the emulsion can break faster in a low centrifugal speed using a combination of ultrasonic and centrifugation. The optimum conditions were: the centrifugal time is 4 rain, the centrifugal speed is 1000r'min-1, ultrasonic power is 40W, ultrasonic time is 2 min. The demulsification ratio can reach 97% under the optimum conditions.
