粉末冶金双联齿轮组合烧结工艺的研究

摘要 利用铁基粉末冶金材料在烧结过程中的膨胀和收缩特性、液相烧结以及合金元素相互扩散的原理 ,对双联齿轮进行了组合烧结工艺的研究 .试验结果表明 ,双联齿轮的粘结强度达 2 35MPa,达到了使用要求的强度 ;而且节能减耗 ,劳动强度低 ,产品质量稳定 .该技术可用于由多构件组成的复杂零件生产 . The combined sintering process of P/M double coupling gears has been studied based on the characteristics of dimension expansion and contraction during the sintering of P/M Fe\|base parts and the principles of liquid phase sintering and alloying element inter\|diffusion. The results show that the binding strength of double coupling gear is 235 MPa, high enough to meet the requirements of application. With reduced energy consumption, lowered labour and more stable product quality, this technique can be applied in the production of complicated parts consisting of several structural components.
