摘要
目的探讨Paxillin、Ezrin在甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinomas,PTC)组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化MaxVision两步法检测50例PTC组织、22例甲状腺腺瘤组织和28例正常甲状腺组织中Paxillin、Ezrin的表达,分析二者表达与PTC临床病理特征的关系及其相关性。结果 Paxillin、Ezrin在PTC组织的阳性率均明显高于甲状腺腺瘤及正常甲状腺组织,且其高表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);Paxillin与Ezrin表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Paxillin和Ezrin的过表达可能与PTC的发生、发展、侵袭转移有关,二者有望成为判定PTC及预测其侵袭转移能力的指标。
Purpose To explore the expressions and significance of Paxillin and Ezrin protein in papillary thyroid carcinomas. Method The expressions of Paxillin and Ezrin protein in 50 cases of PTC tissues, 22 cases of thyroid adenoma and 28 cases of resection of the contralateral lobe of normal thyroid tissue were detected by immunohistochemical MaxVision method. The relationship between Paxillin and Ezrin expression and clinical data was also analysed. Results The positive expression rate of Paxillin and Ezrin protein in PTC was significantly higher than that in thyroid adenoma and normal thyroid tissue, and the high expression of Paxillin and Ezrin in PTC correlated with lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of Paxillin had positive correlation with the expression of Ezrin ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion High expression of Paxillin and Ezrin may be related to the evolution and metastasis of PTC. Paxillin and Ezrin could be a marker to diagnose PTC and evaluate invasion and metastasis in PTC.
