抑郁障碍患者疗效的影响因素分析与护理对策

Analyse the Relevant Factors of the Curative Effects forDepressionPatients and the Nursing Countermeasure

目的分析影响抑郁障碍患者疗效的相关因素,提供针对性的护理措施。方法对2009年1月至2011年12月收治的375例抑郁障碍患者,整理符合抑郁障碍诊断的病例资料,进行回顾性统计分析,找出显著影响疗效的因素。结果有明显心理应激因素的患者治愈率高于无明显心理应激因素的患者(χ2=8.524,P<0.01);初中及以下学历人群治愈率高于高中及以上学历人(χ2=13.988,P<0.01)。结论提示抑郁障碍患者的疗效与有无明显心理应激因素以及学历层次有一定的相关性,虽然这些不能视为决定性因素,但在临床治疗与护理中可以作为参考因素予以重视。

Objective Analyzing the relevant factors of the curative effects for the depressive disturbance patients, in order to provide directional nursing measures for them. Methods We reviewed the datas of 375 patients who were dignosed dpression and had been hospitalized during the period of January2009 to December2011 in our hospital were included in the study, in order to find out the notable factors that affected the curative effects. Results The cure rate for the patients with obvious psychological irritable factors was higher than that of the patients without such kind of factors （ X2 = 8. 524, P 〈 0. 01 ） ; Cure rate for the patients with a dgree of junior and belowwas higher than that of the patients with with a dgree of seniorand above（ X2 = 13. 988 ,P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions The curative effects for depression patientscould be affected by psychological irritable and the educational back-ground, and can be treated as the reference factors in in clinic treating and nursing.
