乳腺梭形细胞化生性癌四例临床病理分析

摘要 目的 探讨乳腺梭形细胞化生性癌（MCSC）的临床病理学特点、组织学类型及鉴别诊断.方法 回顾分析4例MCSC患者的临床病理资料,应用免疫组织化学法按照肿瘤化生性成分选择性进行免疫组织化学标记.对雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）和Her-2的表达进行分析.结果 4例均表达上皮性标记,2例至少表达一种肌上皮标记.4例ER、PR、Her-2均阴性,均未出现同侧腋下淋巴结转移.结论 乳腺梭形细胞MCSC较为罕见,病理形态多样,可呈现肌上皮分化,但很少表达ER、PR,易引起误诊,严格按规范取材及免疫组织化学检查有助于诊断及鉴别诊断.
