心电图中aVR导联在心血管病诊断中的地位

摘要 传统常规12导联心电图中,aVR导联的作用长期被忽视.近来发现在心肌梗死"罪犯血管"的判定、心律失常、心动过速的鉴别等中,aVR导联有不可代替的作用[1].心肌梗死"罪犯血管"的定位aVR导联对心肌梗死(myocardial infarction,MI)诊断有重要价值,aVR导联ST段抬高或压低,其幅度均与病变血管的支数及梗死面积相关[2].关键词:aVR导联;左主干病变;心律失常;心肌梗死分类号:R541.4+1
