摘要
微波芯片主要使用于各种武器装备和民用产品中,是各种产品的核心器件,价值高,作用大,返修困难,但如何保证装入产品中的微波芯片是好的,一直是摆在产品生产人员面前的一道难题,针对这种问题,KGD技术应运而生。本文主要介绍微波芯片的KGD技术的概念、发展、机遇和挑战,以及作者实际应用情况。
The MMIC is widely used in military systems and commercial produets. Because of high price and important function, it is the key part of microwave system. The difficulty lies in how to assure the state of the chip assembled in the modular. This article introduces KGD to solve this prob- lem, which cove~ the c, onception, development, opportunity and my application in the work.
