摘要
介绍了 1BF(第 2代 )投产近 3年陶瓷杯的使用情况 ,重点提出了陶瓷杯炉缸管理温度标准与对策 ,认为 :通过严格的管理 ,炉缸使用陶瓷杯有助于减缓炉缸侧壁的侵蚀速度 ,可改善炉缸侵蚀这一高炉长寿上致命的薄弱环节。
The paper is concerned with recent 3 years' operation condition of ceramic cup hearth of 1BF(the second campaign) and provides the standards and conutermeasures of management for ceramic cup hearth.By rigorous control,the application of ceramic cup hearth contributes to decreasing the erosion rate of the side wall,which affects the service life of blast furnace significantly.
