摘要
师德师风塑造是我国高校教育发展战略的重要组成部分,是高校的灵魂。本文立足于师德师风塑造的现实需要,从高职教育的社会定位及其教育功能的角度,阐述和分析高职院校的管理制度、教师职业素养的培养、共同价值观的认同和遵守的三大要素对塑造师德师风路径的重要作用。
Teachers＇ ethics shaping is an important part of our country＇s higher education development strategy, it＇s the soul of college. This article is based on the practical needs of virtue shape, from vocational education, social orientation and edu- cational function of angle, described and analyzed the important role of management system of higher vocational colleges, teachers＇ professional literacy training, recognition of common values and compliance virtue three factors to shape the path of teachers＇ virtue.
