本文对国外高校本科生导师制特点进行概括,与我国高校本科生导师制实施情况进行比较分析,梳理了我国高校实施本科生导师制尚待完善提高的方面,并对借鉴国外高校相关经验不断推进我国高校本科生导师制提出建议。

This paper summarized the characteristics of foreign universities undergraduate tutorial system, comparative analysis with the implementation of university undergraduate tutorial in China, combing the implementation of China＇s col- leges and universities to improve undergraduate tutorial system to be perfect aspect, and learn relevant experience from for- eign universities, propose recommendations to promote Chinese university undergraduate tutorial system.
