摘要
本文从目前高职酒店管理专业课程改革存在的难点入手,提出基于工作过程系统化课程改革的思路,探索适合高职酒店管理专业的课程模式和教学方法。
The thesis starts from the difficulties ofcurriculurn reform in hotel management major, trying to promote curricu- lum reform in secondary vocational education field, and boost the development of vocational education.
