工科女研究生就业问题分析及对策

Engineering Female Graduates' Employment Problem Analysis and Countermeasures

随着社会的不断发展,女性在不断地由传统角色向现代角色发生转变,社会以更开放的态度来看待女性。然而,随着我国高校研究生的扩招以及经济、社会的转型,研究生的就业形势日益严峻。作为一个特殊的群体,工科女研究生在就业中产生了许多新的问题。本文通过分析工科女研究生在就业中产生的主要问题以及产生的原因,提出了相应的建议和对策。

With the continuous development of society, women in traditional roles constantly by the shift to the modem role, the community in a more open attitude towards women. However, with the enrollment of graduate students as well as economic, social transformation, graduate increasingly serious employment situation. As a special group, female graduate students in en- gineering employment generated many new problems. This paper analyzes the female graduate students in engineering employ- ment generated and causes major problems, suggestions and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
