摘要
近20年来,我国民办高等教育得到大力发展。然而,随着民办高等教育的快速发展,教职工人力资源队伍建设方面出现了一些问题,本文着重研究民办高校员工流失的问题,希望能对高校有效实施员工激励,吸引稳定高质量的师资队伍,提高其核心竞争力有一定的帮助。
Over the past 20 years,China's private higher education has been developed actively.However,with the rapid development of private higher education,there are some problems in the building of college human resources team.This paper focuses on the problem of private college staff turnover,in order to help colleges to encourage staff effectively,to attract stable high-quality teachers,and to improve their core competitiveness.
