Management of Undergraduate Classes under Contemporary Thought Based on Confucianism Management Thinking

本文首先分析了当代大学本科生的现状与特点,然后提出了基于法儒管理思想的相应管理措施,经实践之后,取得良好效果,最后,探讨并总结了应用法儒管理思想的本科班级管理经验。

This paper analyzes the contemporary status and characteristics of undergraduate,and proposes the appropriate management measures based on Confucianism management thinking,then by practice,and achieved good results,and finally,explore and summarize the undergraduate class management experience which applied Confucian management thought.
