构建“3T”人才培养模式下的实践创新体系——以九江学院土木工程专业为例

Practice and Innovation System under Construction of "3T" Talent Training Model——Take Department of Civil Engineering of Jiujiang University as an example

为了提高大学生的实践创新能力、提高其适应社会的能力,本文通过分析相关影响因素,从土木工程专业应用型人才培养的角度出发,构建了九江学院土木工程专业人才培养的实践创新体系。该体系为进一步加强地方性院校人才素质的培养以及增强学生的实践创新能力提供了理论上的帮助和参考。

In order to improve students＇ practical and innovation ability and improve their ability to adapt to society, this paper analyzes related factors, from civil engineering application personnel training perspective, constructed Jiujiang University Civil Engineering professional personnel training practice innovation system. The system provides a theoretical help and reference for local institutions to further strengthen the quality of talent cultivation and enhance students＇ practical and innovative ability.
