摘要
教师养成教育以时间为轴呈现出四个阶段性特征:奠基、准备阶段;注意、觉醒阶段;实践、内化阶段;组织、升华阶段。教师在不同阶段的专业素质和教学技能状态对教育养成体现出不同的需求,本文从四个维度两个方面来试论教师的养成教育,以期对教师自身培育理论尽绵薄之力。
Teachers' development education in a time axis showing four stage characteristics: foundation,preparation phase;attention,arousal stage;practice,internalization stage;organization,sublimation phase.Teachers at different stages of the professional qualities and status of education to develop teaching skills reflect the different needs,this article from two aspects and four dimensions to talk about teacher's education,in order to help cultivate teachers' own development theory.
