积极心理学视野下的对话教学

Dialogue Instruction from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要 近年来,对话教学作为一种不同于传统教学的新的教学形态,备受教育界关注,很快成为人们研究的焦点。对话教学强调师生作为独立的主体相互之间的民主、平等,是一种尊重主体性、体现创造性、追求人性化的教学。本文结合积极心理学的理念,探讨对话教学的品性,并将其理念应用于对话教学的实践中,以期对对话教学的开展有所启示。 In recent years,as a new teaching form,the dialogue instruction is different from traditional teaching and soon become the research focus.Dialogue instruction stresses the independent and democracy between teachers and students.It is a kind of teaching that respect of subjectivity and creativity and pursue personality.Based on the concept of positive psychology,this paper discusses the nature of dialogue instruction and puts the idea into the practice,in order to carry out some enlightenment of dialogue instruction.
