摘要
现如今,我国的农业劳动力的总体素质并不乐观,社会发展需求的新农村的建设人才与农村要求的现代化程度也显现出巨大的矛盾。2012年,中央一号文件第一次明确提出"大力培育新型职业农民",就是要去解决这个难题。诚然,针对我国的国情,培育新型农村人才确实存在巨大而现实的困难,但是不管怎样的困难我们都要去克服,再大的困难我们都得想办法去解决。本文将针对国内农民的特点提出一些科学的建议和有效的对策,为培育出一批"讲文明、技术强、纪律严明、遵纪守法"的合格的新型职业农民做出贡献。
Today,China's agricultural labor force is not optimistic about the overall quality of the social development needs of the new rural construction in rural areas requires talent and degree of modernization also showed a huge contradiction.In 2012,the first time the Central Document No.1 explicitly put forward the "great efforts to cultivate new professional farmers" is going to solve this problem.Indeed,for China's national conditions,the existence of rural talent cultivate a new large and practical difficulties,but in any case the difficulties we have to overcome,the greatest difficulty we have to think of ways to solve them.This article will focus on the characteristics of domestic farmers to make some scientific advice and effective countermeasures.Contribute to cultivate a group of "civilized,strong technology,strict discipline,law-abiding" qualified new professional farmers.
