摘要
随着当今社会对人才的各方面综合素质的要求不断提高,高职高专院校的教育受到广泛关注。本文针对高职高专学生的管理模式进行分析,首先对高职高专学生的特点进行简要的概述,对高职高专学生的管理工作进行分析,总结我国各高职高专院校所采取的几种管理模式,再针对现有模式的缺点提出新形势下高职高专学生的新管理模式。
In today＇s society,the overall quality of talent requirement in all aspects is continuously improving,vocational education institutions attracted widespread attention.This paper analyzes management model for vocational students＇ characteristics of vocational students,first made a brief overview of the management of vocational students,summarize our various vocational institutions＇ several management modes,then raised new model of management of vocational students for the shortcomings of existing models under the new situation.
