高校学生教育管理的问题探析

通过阐述对高校学生教育管理的理解,指出高校学生教育管理要以学生为本,确定好学生的主体地位。针对当前高校学生教育管理存在的问题提出相应对策,强调高校教育管理工作要巧妙运用网络,充分利用资源,关注学生心理动态,追踪已就业学生以发现就业方面的工作问题,加强少数民族、留学生等群体与普通学生的交流,实现共同发展。

Through elaborating the understanding of college students＇ education management,the author pointed out that students＇ education management should be student-oriented,and determine the dominant position of students.For current problems of management of college students,put forward countermeasures,emphasizing the management of higher education to clever use of the network,utilization of resources,attention to student psychological dynamics,tracking students have been employed to discover the work of employment issues,strengthen minorities,students,etc.groups and the general student exchanges,and achieve common development.
