摘要
高校勤工助学制辅导员助理管理中的不足主要体现在选聘、任用、教育培养以及退出方面,其管理受多种因素制约,改进勤工助学制辅导员管理需要创新管理机制。
College work-study system counselor management assistant deficiencies mainly reflected in the selection,appointment,education and training and exit,its management is affected by many factors,and improving work-study system counselors' management requires innovative management mechanism.
