摘要
针对钢轨矫直后轨头各部分展宽量不一样的现象 ,运用材料力学、弹塑性力学等知识对钢轨矫直过程的应力及弯曲力矩进行了分析 ,并对实验室实物钢轨 3点弯曲模拟试验结果进行了分析 ,初步掌握了钢轨矫直过程中轨头不均匀变形和表面变形的原因。
According to different deformation rates in various parts of rail head after rail straightening,stress and bending moment were analyzed in the process of rail straightening by means of the mechanics of materials and elasticity.Meanwhile the result of simulation test on three-point bending of rail in laboratory was discussed and the initial reasons of inhomogeneous deformation of rail head and surface deformation in the process of rail straightening had been found out.
