非管腔内镜器械清洗方法改进的临床观察

目的：观察不同清洗方法对非管腔内镜器械的清洗效果。方法：术后的非管腔类器械根据其不同清洗程序分为对照组和实验组，对照组按《规范》标准流程清洗：粗洗-多酶浸泡-超声清洗-水洗-检测。实验组按改进清洗流程清洗：粗洗-多酶＋超声清洗-漂洗-检测。对比观察两组清洗后器械残留蛋白质含量和微生物含量。结果：实验组清洗后器械残留蛋白质含量和微生物舍量的阳性率和清洗时间显著低于对照组。结论：多酶＋超声清洗的内镜器械清洗方法缩短时间，提高清洗质量。

Obieetive： Observe different cleaning methods on the cleaning effect of luminal endoscopic instruments. Methods： control group according to the specification standard process to clean： coarse washing to immerse more enzymes to ultrasonic cleaning, washing, detection. Experimental group according to improve the cleaning process cleaning： rough washing and enzyme ＋ ultrasonic cleaning -- rinse -- testing. Observed in the two groups after cleaning equipment residual protein content and microorganism content. Result, Experimental equipment after cleaning residual protein content and micro- organism content of positive and significantly lower than control group in cleaning time. Conclusion, More enzyme ＋ ultrasonic endoscope equipment clean-ing method of cleaninu to shorten time, imvrove the cualitv of cleaning.
