探讨眼科病房护理组长的工作方法

目的：探讨眼科病房护理组长的工作方法．方法：依托护理部系统化培养选拔出的护理组长，激励护理组长参与管理：制定出适合眼科的工作方法，再通过对病人出院满意度和护理文书，两个方面工作模式与方法实施前后的调查．结果：护理组长的工作方法的运用，病人的满意度，护理文书具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．结论：护理组长工作方法在临床中全面展开运用，提高了护理组长的工作能力，从而优化了护理服务厦护理质量．

Objective：To investigate the working methods of the leader of the nursing team of ophthalmology ward. Methods; To develop working methods for ophthalmology through the management of the team leader selected by systemic training as well as the survey of the satisfaction of the pa-tients and care instruments. Results;The working methods,the satisfaction of patients and care instruments are statistically significant （P〈0.05）, Con- clusion; The usage of the working methods in clinic improved the ability of the team leader and optimized the service and quality of caring.
