一次性精密过滤输液器在老年临床静脉输液中的应用

Application of disposable precise filtering transfusion apparatus in clinical intravenous infusion in the elderly

目的：观察精密过滤输液器减少发热反应的效果。方法：将北京军区总医院干一科科病房静脉滴注灯盏花注射液的患者随机分为观察组（50例）和对照组（53例）两组进行观察，观察组采用一次性精密过滤输液器输液，对照组采用一次性普通输液器输液，观察两组患者输液反应发生率。结果：观察组输液反应发生率（0．1％），显著低于对照组（0．3％）（P〈0．01）。结论：使用一次性精密过滤输液器能有效减少输液反应。

Objective To observe the the sophisticated filters infusion reduce the effect of the febrile reaction. Methods： Patients who get the intrave-nous breviscapini liquid injection in Beijing Military Region General Hospital cadre Ward No. 1 were randomly divided into observation group （50 cases） and control group （53 cases）to observ. Sophisticated filters infusion were used to the observation group,while the control group usinga one time infu-sion of ordinary infusion,and the purpose is to observe infusion reaction rates of the two groups of patients.
