益肾强身饮配合泼尼松治疗原发性肾病综合征疗效分析

Yishenqiangsheng liquid combined with prednisone in the treatment of primary nephritic nalysis of therapeutic effect of syndrome

目的：应用益肾强身饮配合泼尼松治疗原发性肾病综合征，并与泼尼松组的疗效、副作用发生率进行比较分析。方法：将63例原发性肾病综合征分成治疗组（30例）及对照组（33例），分别应用益肾强身饮配合泼尼松治疗及单用泼尼松治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率（90％）高于对照组（75．7％）（p〈0．05），治疗前后，24小时尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白、尿素氮、血肌酐、血脂各项指标均优于对照组（p〈0．01）。结论：益肾强身饮配合泼尼松治疗原发性肾痛综合征优于单用泼尼松治疗。

Objective： Application of yishenqiangsheng liquid combined with prednisone in treatment of nephrotic syndrome, and rates were compared and the effect of prednisone group, the incidence of side effects. Methods： 63 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were divided into treatment group （30 eases） and control group （33 cases）, respectively, the application of yishenqiangsheng liquid combined with prednisone in treatment and with predni-sone alone. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group （90%） was higher than that of the control group （75.7%） （p〈0.05）, before and af-ter the treatment, 24 hours urine protein,serum albumin, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, blood lipid indexes were better than the control group （p 〉0.01）. Conclusion： Yishenqiangsheng liquid combined with prednisone in treatment of nephrotic syndrome is better than single prednisone therapy.
