DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折32例临床体会 被引量:4

摘要 目的总结DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的经验和体会。方法:抽取选取2006年2月~2012年8月在我院收治的32例股骨粗隆间骨折患者。在麻醉完成之后,就采用DHS治疗。结果:术后在3~18个月时间内对本组32例患者均进行随访,平均9个月。结果显示所有患者术后6周都完全或部分恢复日常生活和工作,都没有出现伤口感染,未出现血管损伤,内固定无松动及脱出,无骨折不愈合或畸形愈合等现象。按照用Lazzcano标准评定,20例患者的疗效结果为优,8例患者的疗效结果为良,4例患者的疗效结果为可,0例患者的疗效结果为差。没有出现一例骨折不愈合、切口感染等并发症。结论:DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,能够有效地降低死亡率和并发症,不会出现褥疮、肺炎、创性关节炎,可以让股骨粗隆间骨折患者固定可靠、牢固,是一种临床上治疗股骨粗隆间骨折较好的方法。
