速效救心丸对老年高脂血症患者的IL-6和hs—CRP的临床研究

目的：探讨速效救心丸对老年高脂血症患者的IL-6和hs-CRP的的影响。方法：将老年高脂血症患者98例随机分为治疗组（速效救心丸）与对照组（瑞舒伐他汀）；治疗前及治疗后测定患者IL-6和hs—CRP舍量，并探讨两者相关性。结果：速效救心丸治疗老年高脂血症临床效果瑞舒伐他汀相近（P〉0．05），两者均能使IL-6和hs—CRP含量降低，治疗后比较，无统计学意义（P〉0．05），速效救心丸无副作用。结论：速效救心丸可以作为治疗老年高脂血症的优选药物。

Objective： To investigate the effect of quick-acting kyushin pills on aged patients with hyperlipidemia in IL-6 and hs-CRP. Methods： 98 cases of elderly patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the treatment group （available kyushin pills） and control group （rosuvasta-tin） ; IL-6 and hs-CRP content were measured before and after treatment, and to explore the correlation between two persons. Resultst the available kyushin pills in treatment of elderly patients with hyperlipidemia clinical effect of rosuvastatin were sirailar （P 〉 0. 05）, two were able to reduce IL-6 and hs-CRP content, after treatment, no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）, available kyushin pills without side effects. Conelusionz available kyushin pills can be used as the preferred drug for the treatment of elderly patients with hyperlipidemia.
