摘要
目的：探讨中西医结合治疗妊娠期糖尿病的疗效情况。方法：回顾性分析妊娠期糖尿病患者临床资料，依据治疗方式不同分为对照组40例和中西医结合治疗组40例。结果：中西医结合治疗组FPG、PPG、GHbA1C、BMI均优于对照组，夜间低血糖发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗妊娠期糖尿病可使患者血糖控制满意，低血糖发生率较低，因此可考虑在西医常规治疗妊娠期糖尿病基础上加用中药辩证治疗。
Objective： Discussion of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment effect of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods： a retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients with diabetes during pregnancy, based on different treatment methods are divided into 40 cases in the con- trol group and the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group of 40 cases. Results： the treatment group than the control group FPG, PPG, GHbAIC, BMI with combination of TCM and Western medicine, nocturnal hypoglycemia was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P ~ O. 05）. Conclusion： the treatment of gestational diabetes can make blood glucose control with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine, with a low incidence of hypoglycemia, so it can be considered and dialectical treatment with traditional Chi nese medicine on the basis of conventional therapy in western medicine diabetes during pregnancy.
