太钢烧结矿适宜碱度的试验研究及生产实践

STUDY ON REASONABLE SINTER BASICITY AND PRODUCTION PRACTICE AT TAIYUAN STEEL

经过实验室、工业性试验研究表明 ,结合太钢铁系统的现状 ,在太钢现有原料条件和炉料结构下 ,生产碱度为 1.5的烧结矿基本能够满足太钢生产的要求 ,烧结矿的产、质量得到保证 ,高炉炉况基本能够稳定顺行 ,高炉经济技术指标改善 ,烧结能力充分发挥 ,取得了很好的经济效益。

Both laboratory experiments and industrial scale tests show that the sintered iron ore with basicity 1.5 produced by TISC can basically meet the requirements of production in both quantity and quality under the present conditions of the raw material supply and the structure of furnace barden in light of the actual status of the ironmaking and steelmaking system in TISC. The blast furnaces in the Corp. are running smoothly and the economical and technical indicators have been improved and satisfactory economical efficiencies achieved.
