阿魏酸钠治疗左心疾病相关性肺动脉高压的临床疗效观察

To observe the clinical effect of sodium ferulate in the treatment of left heart disease related pulmonary hypertension

目的：观察阿魏酸钠治疗左心疾病相关性肺动脉高压的临床疗效。方法：将64例缺血性心肌病的患者随机分为2组，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予阿魏酸钠治疗，对照组给予常规治疗，疗程均为10天，疗程结束后行疗效对比。结果：治疗组与对照组疗效相比，肺动脉收缩压、6分钟步行距离、动脉血氧分压两组有显著性差异。结论：阿魏酸钠可降低缺血性心肌病患者肺动脉压力，提高血氧分压，及改善患者的运动耐量。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of sodium ferulate in the treatment of left heart disease related pulmonary hypertension. Methods： 64 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： ischemic cardiomyopathy, treatment group was treated with sodium ferulate on the basis of routine treat-ment, the control group was given conventional treatment, the treatment course was 10 days, the end of treatment efficacy was compared. Results： The treatment group compared with the control group, the curative effect, the pulmonary systolic pressure, 6 minutes walking distance, PaO2, there was sig-nificant difference between two groups. Conclusion： Sodium ferulate can reduce pulmonary artery pressure in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, im-prove blood oxygen partial pressure, and improvement in exercise tolerance.
