摘要
目的：在基层医院调查刚入院的手术患者的知情情况和抑郁收态，探讨知情和抑郁的发生关系及告知策略。方法：对入院做手术的患者进行问卷调查。结果：不知情情况为60％。抑郁发生为50％，知情情况和抑郁的发生及程度有密切联系。结论：恶性肿瘤患者可个性化告知病情，让病人积极地对待手术甚或其后的后续治疗。
Objective： To investigate operation in grass--roots hospital patients were informed and depression, and explore the relationship between knowledge and the occurrence of depression and inform the strategy. Methods.. to do the hospital operation were investigated by questionnaire. Results; ignorance is 60%, the depression was 50%, closely informed and the occurrence of depression and the degree of. Conclusion： Patients with malignant tumor can be personalized to inform disease, let patients actively treated by operation or follow-up treatment.
