摘要 目的:探讨高频探头、CDFI、CDE及SonoCT技术检测糖尿病患者颈部血管粥样硬化特点与临床应用价值;方法:对84例糖尿痛患者行超声检查颈部血管检查,并与120例正常对照组进行对比。结果:84例患者颈部血管动脉粥样硬化发生率为77.3%,IMT明显增厚,糖尿病组以软斑、混合斑为多见。结论:高频探头能清晰显示颈部血管管腔内部结构;SonoCT技术的应用提高了颈部血管组织细微结构的分辨力;增加了血管病变边界和界面的可见度。 Objective: To investigate the effect of high frequency probe, CDFI, CDE and SonoCT detection and clinical application value of neck vas-cular atherosclerosis characteristics of diabetic patients;methods: 84 cases of diabetic patients undergoing Ultrasound examination of the neck vascular ex-amination, and compared with 120 cases of normal control group. Results; 84 patients with carotid atherosclerosis incidence was 77.3% , IMT increased significantly in diabetic group, with soft plaque, mixed plaque to see. Conclusion: high frequency probe can clearly display the internal structure of the neck vascular lumen ; the application of SonoCT technology to improve the neck vascular tissue microstructure resolution ; increase the visibility of vascular lesion boundary and interface.
