摘要
目的:探讨优质护理提高满意度的效果。方法:在病房开展优质护理服务Ⅲ,提高患者满意度,随机抽取10分满意度问卷调查表。结果:开展优质护理满意度较前2010年米昂先提高。结论:通过开展优质护理各项服务措施,有效的提高了患者满意度P〈0.05。
Objective to investigate the quality care can improve the effect of satisfaction. Method to develop high quality nursing service E13 in the ward, improve patient satis!action, randomly selected 10 points satisfaction questionnaire. Results quality nursing satisfaction relatively rise 2010 meters, before. Conclusion by developing high-quality nursing service measures, effectively improve the patient satisfaction (P 〈0.05).
