50例急性肺动脉栓塞介入治疗临床观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing of lnterventional therapy of 50 cases of acute pulmonary embolism

目的：探讨急性肺动脉检塞介入治疗临床观察及护理。方法：回顾性分析我科50例急性肺动脉栓塞介入治疗的临床资料，针对其介入治疗方法进行临床观察及护理总结。结果：急性肺动脉检塞介入治疗术后，所有患者咳嗽、胸痛等症状均有明显减轻，41例有呼吸困难的患者呼吸困难症状显著缓解。未发生介入治疗相关的严重并发症。结论：细致的临床观察及护理是手术成功和疗效持久的有力保障。

Objectives To discuss the nursing and clinical observation of interventional treatment on acute pulmonary embolism. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases with acute pulmonary embolism treated by intervention were reviewed. The nursing and clinical observation was summarized. Results All the symptoms including cough and chest pain relieved significantly after intentional treatment on acute pulmonary embolism. Among them,41 cases with dyspnea were improved. Conclusion Careful observation and nursing is the guarantee for successful interventional treatment and long last effects.
