摘要
在聚乙烯醇 (PVA)和阿拉伯胶的存在下 ,铱 (Ⅳ )与钨酸盐及耐尔蓝 (NB)形成的离子缔合物 ,在波长为 580nm处产生最大吸收。因此 ,建立了高灵敏测定Ir(Ⅳ )的光度分析方法 ,其摩尔吸光系数 (ε)高达 1 86× 10 8L/ (mol·cm)。该方法的检测范围为 2 0~11 0ng/ 2 5ml ,且大量存在的常见离子包括许多贵金属离子对Ir(Ⅳ )的测定都不干扰。用此方法测定了冶金产品中的铱 ,结果与标准值一致。
A sensitive method for the determination of Ir(Ⅳ) was developed based on the reaction among iridium(Ⅳ),tungstate and nile blue(NB) in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and arabic gum(1∶1),which formed an ion associated reaction complex with a maximun absorbance at wavelength 580nm.The apparent molar absorptivity of this method was 1.86×10 8L·mol -1 ·cm -1 with a detection range of 2.0~11.0 ng/25ml.Moreover,a lot of common ions,including some precious metal ions,did not interfere the determination.The results for the determination of iridium in real samples obtained by this method were consistent with the standard value.
