人本原理在手术室层级培训中的应用

目的：探讨人本原理在手术室层级培训中的应用。方法：针对不同的培训对象，结合人本原理，建立并实施实习护生、新进护士、低年资护士、高年资护士的层级培训制度。结果：通过把人本原理融入层级培训的应用，培训周期缩短，护士工作激情高涨，学习积极性高涨；综合素质和应急能力明显提高，医生、病人满意度提高；实习护生、新进护士进入角色时间缩短。结论：科学的运用人本原理、规范的实行层级培训，促进了手术室护理人员的成长，有利于护理人员的梯队建设。

Objective： To explore the application of the principle of hierarchical training in the operation room. Methods： according to the different training objects, combined with the principle, establish and implement the practice level training system, new nurses, the nursing students of junior nur-ses, senior nurses. Results： through the application of the principles into the level of training, training cycle is shortened, the nurses working enthusi-asm, study initiative; comprehensive quality and emergency response capacity is improved obviously, improve the doctor, patient satisfaction; nursing students, new nurses into the role of shortening the time of practice. Conclusion： the use of scientific humanism principle, the implementation of the code hierarchy training, to promote nursing staff in operation room growth, have the echelon construction for nursing staff.
