摘要
在大峪口Ph1磷矿石中加入20%的宜昌杉树垭Ph2磷矿,混合后的磷矿在强酸介质中使用新型SP抑制剂,以JVC和C1作组合捕收剂,进行单一反浮选试验研究,在磨矿细度-200目占80%时,当原矿P2O5品位为23.13%、MgO质量分数为4.21%时,可获得磷精矿P2O5品位为29.87%、MgO质量分数为0.79%,磷的回收率为83.45%的选别指标。该流程简单,生产成本低。
The research was carried out on single reverse flota- tion of the phosphate ore being added and blended with 20% Ph2 phosphate ore from Shanshuya Mine, Yichang and Phi phosphate rock from Dayukou Mine with a new SP depressor in strong acid liquor and JVC and C1 combined collector. In fineness of grinding --200 mesh taking up 80%, grade of P2O5 for run-of-mine ore being 23. 13%, MgO 4. 21%, phosphate concentrate can be pro- duced with the separation indices of P2O5 grade of 29.87%, MgO 0.79 and recovery of phosphorus 83.45% obtained. The flowshect features simplicity and low production costs.
