摘要
高压辊磨机是近年来国内矿石加工企业大量采用的加工设备,其运行安全管理评价难于直接准确计量,本文应用层次分析法原理,结合模糊数学理论,从"人、机、料、法、环"等方面进行系统分析,建立了运行安全管理的综合评价模型,对高压辊磨机的安全生产进行综合评价,从而适时把握设备系统的安全状况,并据此结论选定相应的安全措施。
The high-pressure grinding roller is a process equip- ment significantly introduced in the domestic ore processing en- terprises over years, but it is difficult to directly and accurately measuring its running safety management valuation. The paper conducts a systematic analysis in Human, Machine, Material, Method, Link and other areas by analytical hierarchy process, coupled with theory of fuzzy mathematics and a model is built to carry out evaluation on the running safety management of high- pressure grinding roller to duly understand the safety conditions of equipment system. The relevant safety precautions can be taken based on its conclusion.
