上海高职教育需要在整个教育体系内部完成三个视角的补偿:向上看的视角——在学历层次上打通向本科、研究生等上升的渠道;向下看的视角——在专业和课程上与中等职业教育相互衔接;向左右看的视角——普通教育要形成对职业教育正确的引导和分流;高职教育还需要"跳出教育看教育",形成第四个视角的补偿——用跨界思维来发展。

Higher vocational education of Shanghai should strenthen compensation within the education system from three perspectives： the first is the looking up： open up the raising channel for undergraduate and postgraduate academic levels. The second is the looking down： linking up with secondary vocational education in specialty and course. The third is the looking both left and right： general education should correctly guide and shunt vocational education. Besides, higher vocational education should try to develop by cross-border thinking.
