摘要
阐述了钼铁熔炼过程中热量分布对熔炼效果的影响,提出了炉料分层次配料的方法,使反应热量按一定的抛物曲线分布。这样,熔炼过程持续稳定,可降低生产成本,提高钼铁冶炼回收率。
The effect of heat distribution in ferromolybdenum melting on melting result is expounded,the method of layer by layer charging is put forward to distribute the reaction heat as a certain parabola.Thereby the melting process is continual and stable,the production cost is reduced and Mo recovery is increased.
