摘要
历经四十余年理论研究和实践探索,台湾地区高等技职教育本科层次课程改革取得了成效,四技课程发展趋于成熟。从四技教育课程发展内涵、要素以及课程发展原则及特征等方面进行分析认为:借鉴台湾地区科技校院四技课程发展经验,大陆应用性本科教育课程发展应着重进行以下改革:一是以高素质应用能力培养为主线进行包括课程结构和内容在内的专业课程体系的统整,特别是对课程内容进行整合以适应产业需求;二是进行科目课程创新,同时融合进行教学方法和教学组织形式的变革;三是建立科学的应用性本科课程发展决策机制,使诸利益相关方在课程发展中合理承担任务和发挥职能。
4-year technical and vocational education takes up the absolute dominant position in higher technical and vocational education in Taiwan. Through over 40 years theoretical research and practical exploration, Taiwan has obtained cer- tain results in undergraduate-level curriculum reform of higher technical and vocational education and the curriculum de- velopment of 4-year technical and vocational education tend to be mature. Through analyzing the connotation, factors, prin- ciples and characteristics of curriculum development of 4-year technical and vocational education, it is found that China Mainland should take example by related experience of Taiwan and launch the reform of curriculum development of ap- plied undergraduate education: regard high-quality applied ability cultivation as the main line and integrate professional course system including course structure and content, especially integrating course content to suit for industrial needs; inno- vate subject curriculum while reform teaching method and teaching organization form; establish the scientific decision-mak- ing mechanism for course development of applied undergraduate education and make the stakeholders undertake correspond- ing tasks and play a functional role in curriculum development process.
